Wrong Brake Light Switch

I have a 1986 240 DL...Cannot figure out why all three brake lights just stopped working. Anyone have any help for me...I love this car and it runs like a champ with 300,000 miles on it...Replaced the switch, checked the bulbs, checked the fuses, what else is there to check?
