How to Unlock Memory in my 95, 850 radio

Does anyone know how to unlock the memory in a 1995 850 non-turbo volvo?

I know my radio code, but nothing.

My radio is in security mode and no word at all will appear in the window of my radio. I unplugged it, plugged it back in, waited about 2 hours with it on, and still nothing.

I checked the fuse, and it lights up with my tester. I don't know where the relay is that relates to the radio. Could it be the amp? And....if so, how to I replace the amp?
