Heater short issue

I own a S40 2.0T on a W plate, I was having some issues with the heaters working intermittently. recently the heaters have stopped all together and if the car is not started for a couple of days the battery goes flat. Has anyone had similar issues and managed to fix it?

Other point that may be of note, The cigarette lifter also is not working and when the car is not running If i turn the ignition just to the first click without starting the car and leave it like it for a couple of seconds the battery instantly goes flat!!!

Please can anyone help???
