    hi.
Have 210K on my 01. Replaced the ETM last summer for almost $2000(happened in Canada, everything more expensive there), now its due for another timing belt. So it will be another $900. Its running really well, I replace the oil every 3500 miles.
    I own it outright.

But am wondering about the tranny and turbo and what other major items might go out.
    Any thoughts/suggestions?
Appreciate any advice you may have.

according to Volvo recommendation, timing belt should be replaced after 165k kms. Also Volvo doesn't recommend transmission fluid change. I bought used 2003 S60 T5 and changed transmission fluid anyway to Mobil 3309.( Geartronic transmission) And car changes gears so smoothly like any of my previous cars.
