New to 850, Mirrors and seat heater not working

    Hello, I am new to this forum and to Volvo's in general. I just bought a 96 850 GLT for my son to drive. One thing that was pointed out was the remote mirror adjustments for both driver and passenger mirrors and the seat heaters do not work. The lights on the seat heater switch does not even light up. I checked the fuse and that has not blown, does anyone have some suggestions on where to start looking for this problem?
