240 rear headrests

I've got a set of tan rear headrests for a 240 sedan, these came with the
later cars and can be added to early models. Both are in good shape and
include the optional leather pad covers. Free to anyone who wants them, just
pay shipping from 98072 or come pick them up.

My sweet 245 didn't come with headrests on the back (folddown) seat. How can one install headrests to protect rear seat occupants from whiplash during a rear end impact ?
