240 won't start when damp/wet

Hello,
I have a 89 Volvo 240. I have been having this problem the last few weeks that the car will not fire after it has been damp or wet, which leaved me stranded, which sucks.
I have thought that it may be the distributor or the spark plug wires. Anyone have any other ideas?
