1989 Volvo 740 Turbo Doors

Hi, My drivers door is fairly worn out. The electric window winder is starting to wear out and I'm told that the drivers door flexes and also the electronic key for locking and unlocking the doors, no longer works. To lock and unlock the car, I have to use the ignition key.
I would like to know what other Volvo cars have doors which are compatible with the 740, so that, perhaps, I can get a drivers door from a newer Volvo model, which I can use to replace the worn out door on my 740, here in Aussie.
Unfortunately, doors from wrecked 740's here are generally in the same condition or worse than my door, so I have been unable, so far, to find a suitable replacement.
Ideally a brand new door would be excellent, but of course my car is 22 years old and new body spares in Aussie, don't exist anymore, worst luck.
Anyone got the right answers, I would love to hear from you.
