Dash Lights don't work after radio install

I have had this 1995 960 for about 6 years now and decided to do a radio swap on it but I am having a couple issues here after it was installed. I hooked everything up per the instructions to the back of the DUAL radio that I bought. Now I could only hook up 4 speakers (mine has 8) and everything works fine but the dash lights. I didnt see any blown fuses anywhere and the ones that did get blown during the install I had replaced. Does anyone have any ideas cause I am stumped on this.( I only checked the fuses inside the car. Anyones under the hood that might cause this?)
