Performance suggestions C70

I have a 2004 C70. I've had to start driving it 200+ miles a day to
commute to work. It has 63K miles. Since I'm doing a lot of highway
driving I've noticed the acceleration has decreased when passing other
cars. I know I need to take it to the dealer to have it checked out
but I'm short on cash right now. I'm going to have the oil changed as
scheduled. Is there anything else that might be causing the lack of
performance other than age and needing an oil change?

Lots of things. Spark plugs, dirty injectors, low octane fuel, plugged
air filter, etc. It has low enough mileage that I wouldn't expect there
to be any significant engine wear if you have kept up on oil changes.
