98 XC70 Rear Seat Back Latch Will Not Latch

Subject latch seems hung up or otherwise broken. What is the process for
getting at it? The plastic trim cover seems to be secured by screws with
flat plastic cover discs. Are they easly removed, or will they break and
have to be replaced?
