Selling 1998 S70 T5

I am selling my S70 T-5 because of a personal situation. It's the T-5
turbo with 60K miles and in outstanding condition. Been kept in garage. No
known problems - good tires.

I find suggested values in the $12,000 range. Is this a reasonable price
between individuals? I think it's a little low.

The car is in the Dallas TX area.
