S80 T6 "Emissions Service Light"

About 2 weeks ago in one of our S80's the "Emissions Service"light went
on an off intermittently. The car runs great, what could be the reason?

The reason is the computer has detected a fault. Any shop with an
OBD-II reader will be able to tell you what fault code is registered -
fault tracing begins from there.
