Hello everyone.... a newbie here.

Mike F.....I caught you posts and noticed you are in Thornhill. I am
in Richmond Hill.

I have a 2001 S80 T6 with ~61,500 km and I am having symptoms, which I
believe based on other searches, is associated with the throttle body:

- rough almost groaning at times, when at idle
- air from HVAC fluctuates higher/lower, whether in drive or park
- tachometer at idle fluctuates
- lights dim
- car has even stalled on occasion

Volvo sees no fault errors when they hook up the car to the computer.
In addition, they have not been able to reproduce the "stalling" issue,
though all the other issues are quite obvious. Right now I am
extremely frustrated with Volvo since I feel as though they don't even
believe me. The car has stalled on several occasions with both my wife
and daughter in the car.

I would appreciate any suggestions anyome may have in getting Volvo's
attention with this issue. It seems it is falling on deaf ears.

The official count is 343, but there was also a volunteer who lost his life
aiding in the initial rescue efforts. And I will never forget them as
