1999 S80 buzzing noise from front of car

1999 Volvo

There is a buzzing noise from the front, can’t really pinpoint the
location. Started off quiet, then grew, and now it’s a constant
buzzing. Sounds kind of like a transformer, or maybe a fan. Something
in the cooling system?

Please advise.
