1991 Volvo 240 estate SE automatic

    This is a very handsome and immaculate car in metallic blue. I bought it 18 months ago. It was saved from the banger track by another Volvo enthusiast. It was a one-owner for 25 years, but when he took it for its MoT, the garage proprietor said it was a waste of time to bother testing it and he would be pleased to give the owner £100 . Do you smell a rat here? It's hard to believe that some morons were prepared to destroy such a car. It's always kept in the garage and locked up at night. Anyway, I think that through lack of use odd bits and pieces seem reluctant to function correctly. Which is why I have come to this Forum.
