1994 850 Na wandering idle

Hi, I'm new to this forum and have a 1994 850 NA. I recently did pcv job, including cleaning TB, MAF, EGR, IAC, fuel injectors with new o-rings, ECT, and complete tune-up,. I now have an idle that wanders between 750-1000 rpm and intermittent hard start, it will eventually always start. When I put key in 2nd pos. I can hear fuel pump. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
