The car came without any manuals, and I'd like to get this Volvo owners
manual, particularly to check what instrument lights it should have (for
    a 940 GLE B230FK) and another information.

I have a 1995 one but there maybe some suttle differences, eg ODB2 check
    light or something.

Is there a resource for this anywhere, would a kind person scan it?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi,

See eBay for a Haynes manual such as this one.

I probably should have mentioned its a UK car, we don't seem to have an
Engine Check light, but the data helps me confirm the position of the
thing alot of US posters talk about. We have a Lambda warning instead,
I don't know if it does the same thing. Pre ODB2 cars also have this.

I don't know why you've given me a 1994 car, as the request was for
1996, but I tried changing the year in the link but it didn't work. Site
appears to require a US address to register.

UK site doesn't have anything so useful.

    Thanks anyway

I have a UK 940 owners handbook, contact me off list and I`ll endeavour
to scan the pages you require.

Sorry about the year Tony, guess I got a little excited

The following link does not have your year and is for US Volvo manuals but
it is a good link for others who maybe looking for their manual.

There is a small security warning on the link, just ignore it.
