2000 S70 heater blower noisy

To all,
The blower in my S70 (2000) is noisy. How hard is it to replace and
what is the procedure? Any help would be appreciated.

To all,

Should be easy, just remove glove compartment and the panelcover below it,
the blower fitted with four screws.
