I have two 2002 Volvo XC

One of the cars has the HU-803 Stereo(best) the other car has the
    HU-613 stereo(okay)

I want to swap the stereos as I am going to sell one of the cars and
want to keep the Hu-803 stereo as it has more features and sounds
    better.

Did the the HU-803 stereos come with any additional equipment?

Are the speakers in all the Volvo XC the same regardless of the stereo
model or should I swap those as well?

I believe the HU-803 has a seperate amp. It may be located under the
drivers seat. Are all the volvos wired for this amp?

I imagine the deck is easy to swap out but I want to make sure I get
all the upgraded equipment from the HU-803 into the other car.

    Any help would be appreciated.

The radios will each need a Volvo software remove before removing
and then each will need a software reload to make the CEM reconize
the strange radio and make it operate again.
It is hard to tell if any speakers or booster was installed for the 803
    radio.
You will have to look at the speakers on both cars snd see if there is a
booster under the passanger seat. The parts can be changed over.
Amp wiring will need to be changed over also.
The speakers are rivoted in place and will need to be drilled out
to remove each rivot. This usually enlarges the door body rivot hole and you
will need to use machine screws and nut to reinstall each speaker again.
