I am considering buying a 2001 s40, the passenger front air bag was
deployed in a minor front crash, will the entire dash have to be
replaced? and if so any idea on the cost?
    Thanks...

Yes & Not cheap also might have to replace the seat belt's also & have
dealer reset the srs crash sensor off the top of my head figure close to
$1000 for both front airbags then figure about another $1000 for the
complete dashboard then figure about @ least 8-10 Hours labor along with
the cost of parts. How is the sheet metal if the airbag deployed it had
to have some damage to the front end of the car. I would get the vin# &
run a car fax report on the car to cover all the bases before you invest
    money in to this
