93 850 AC waont come on

    i have a 93 volvo 850 GLT, the ac and heat wont come on, i just get the rec
    and ac on off light blinking. i bought a new dash unit, dident help. i also
    put in a new battery, still nothing. and ideas?

    You mean the fan won't come on?

    yeah fan wont come on at all.

    not sure where its at but i'll check the fuse box thanks.

    fuse box looks good. all the fuses look good.
