960 ECU Readings

Hi all.

Any one tell me how to read the 960 (1992) Codes?

I have the Lambda light on and I remember from my 740 days that
reading the code gets this light out.

Fuse panel is at the drivers end (uk car) of the dash, covered by the
drivers door when closed.
