Hi,

I saw a movie entitled "Midnight In St Petersburg" on T/V, featuring Michael
Caine as "Harry Palmer", the poor man's 007. Obviously this was not written
by Len Deighton, the author of the original Harry Palmer novels. The movie
was bad beyond belief, except for the St Petersburg scenery and the black
Volvo sedan prominently displayed. It looked like a 700 or 900 series but
the grill was a bit odd. The diagonal bar was there with the square badge
containing the Volvo logo, but the bars were *horizontal* instead of the
familiar vertical arrangement.

Any info on this?

Thank you.

Thanks for the photos, Brian, but the Bertone grill doesn't have
*horizontal* bars.
The plot thickens.....................................
