Either the bearings are dead in the fan so it cant turn or you can have a
faulty resistor package. The resistor cnahges the voltage to the fan. Have a
look at the fan behind the glove compartment first. You can alsom measure
the voltage to it when you are at it. The resister package is also in that
area.
Not sure i can explain it in english, but i try anyway.
As i recall the compartment has 4 screws and the lid 4 screws. Think you
just need to remove all of those and it comes out. Perhaps you remove the
lid seperately first . Have done it before with no problems, but dont recall
how in details, but it was quite easy.
