Hello,

I have a 1988 F-reg 240 DL, 2.3 carb, estate.
I bought it a couple of years back for £750 and I want to sell it to a
friend and colleague in the net few months.
Before I got it, it had had a new radiator and battery. In the last year,
it's had a new exhaust, new rear shocks, four new tyres, new brake pads and
front discs. The engine's running beautifully, it's only done 118,000 and
the bodywork's not too bad (bit rusty round the rear wheel arches, but not
bad really).
So I'm wondering about a selling price. Given that it's in such good nick,
I think I should expect to get what I paid for it, but I don't want to
fleece a friend (although he does realise that it's in good condition - his
own 240 is falling apart rapidly)

If anyone has any thoughts, I'd be very grateful.

cheers
