I went to the auto parts store and picked up a filter. Turned out it didn't fit. So the guy asks me what year my car was again. 2001 I said. Tells me to go look in the door, it was made on 7/01, so the guy suggests we try the 2002 filter. Still doesn't fit. These were both Fram filters. Strange, either the book is wrong, or my car has some unique air filter (highly unlikely) Guess I'll go to another store and try another maker. Anyone else have this problem?
