Chipping V70

    I have a 2.5 V70 1989 model with the 140bhp engine. Can this be easily
    chipped to raise the power to the next level, 170bhp I think? What is
    involved and is it "safe", i.e. won't blow the engine and the other bits can
    handle it? Any UK specialist in this field?

    Ehh if you have a 1989 V70 I don't know. It must be a concept car...
    But seriously, yes this model is very "chippable". The 140hp and 170hp
    is as far as I know the same engine, just different software.
