Does anyone know if there's a problem w/ 1999 V70 and electrical?

I'm selling a 1999 V70 and a buyer who wanted the car backed out because
his mechanic said the electrical harness on the 1999 has problems. I
checked the recall campaigns and found none for electrical harness.
Anyone hear of anything, or is this a way for them to get their deposit
back.

According to Comsumer Reports the 1999 V70 problem areas are:

Fuel System: above average problems (9.3% to 14.8% report problems)
Electrical System: far above average problems (More than 14.8% report
problems)

In general an average reliability rating.

The estimated retail price is $18,000 to $20,000.
