How much should i pay for a 230F engine complete ?

    I'm in the market for a 230F for my 88 wagon.
    How much should i pay?

    It will depend on your location but here in southern Cali a Pick and Pull
    will charge you ~$125, the full service yard is ~$350. Volvo engines last
    so long there is not a huge market for used ones.

    If you pull it yourself figure $125-$150, but you can take your chances and
    get a core motor for $75 at the pick a part around here, those are often
    perfectly good, it's just that the cars occasionally get hit hard enough to
    smash the ignition module or other part nessesary for the engine to be
    tested. Good tested pulled motors are $300-$350.
