Does anyone has any information about Ignition Control unit in Volvo
760, there is one main Transistor in Control Unit with No. 0011 2/10
which is not registered No. for Transistors. I am wondering whether it
is possible to use similar transistor instead existing.

    Thanks,

  2. Are you sure the unit is bad? They don't fail often, so a replacement from a
wrecking yard would be a good way to go.

    Hi Mike,
Thanks for your advice, I test the transistor and it has burn out I
try to fix it by my self. I substituted with new Transistor and the
Engine is running but not very smoothly and there is so much vibration
    in low RPM.
