Hello,

I've got a new Ipod 80 G (the so called fith generation) and it appears that
it is not recognised after a restart. I've to plug in again to get it
functioning again. That's quit annoying.
Anyone with a fix or somethinh else that will make it work.
Had no problems with my former Ipod. The Nano BTW, works flawless on the
same system.

Have you tried cleaning the flametrap? If not, it's probably an engine
mount!!

Have you checked the oil and the transmission fluid. I have heard
that Apple ships them with no fluids - not even brake fluid. Sounds
dangerous to me!
