1993 850 2.5 20 v glt
Its back...........The car drives fine and sometimes the arrow goes on its
own. The fault codes never read the same, If I clear the codes, all will be
OK for a while and then back it comes pointing up to heaven.
I have changed the RPM sensor, the oil temp sensor, the fluid, the ECU,
cleaned the plugs and connectors and needless to say the gearbox was changed
when the car was new. (obligatory for anyone owning a 1993 850)
The car drives as smooth as a baby's bum, the gearbox changes a sweet as a
nut, no problem at all even been down to Arles (south of France) and back
with no problem.
Still ever the pragmatist I'll cut a square of black tape and put it over
the bulb, that should do it. ( I wont buy the tape from Volvo cos it will
cost a fortune)
