Lease maintainance

What constitutes regularly scheduled maintainance for a Volvo lease?

I have a '01 S40 with 63K miles on it that is due to be returned in two
weeks. I have no plans to buy the car and would love to not pay for
    this service.

I have completed all previous service including an oil change at 58K
due to a replaced turbo seal - this means the service light is probably
not due to come until 65K.

    A couple questions:

    1. Does Volvo track service records from dealers like BMW does?

    2. Will the car inspection company even look at the records?

    3. Should I just take it to an independent shop and have the plugs
changed, oil changed, etc. or will Volvo charge me some ridiculous
charge on the final bill for the service from a Volvo certified dealer?

Thanks for any help - I do appreciate it.
