Hi everybody I am the proud owner of a 1997 volvo xc awd estate purchased from new by my late father, the car has only done 56000 miles and is in superb condition. the key fob has disintegrated and literally fallen apart losing the battery. On opening the car manually i have triggered the alarm and don't know how to stop it without the fob. secondly can anybody tell me what battery size the fob uses as i may be able to patch it up. How do i go about getting a replacement fob if this does not work . any help would be greatly appreciated.
