Is there anyway to raise the rear power rear window on a 1985 740 GLE when
the switch and motor does not function. I tried switching switches to no
avail. thanks

Try applying 12v directly to the two wires that go to the motor, if it still
doesn't work then find a new window regulator assembly from a junkyard.
