Replace the blocks of my brakes (340/360)

Hi.

I have to replace the blocks of the brake of the left front wheel from my very nice Volvo 360 (same brake system as 340). I actually haven't ever done this before, so I would like to no if anyone has a sort of a guide what can help me doing this. A couple of questions:
-Is there a sequence how to do this,
-do I have to do something with the brake-fluid
-is it necessary to replace also the blocks of my right wheel? -By what minimum thickness do I also have to replace the brake-disc?

Remove wheel, remove caliper, remove pads, push in piston, check fluid doesn't overflow, put in new pads, replace caliper and bolts, replace wheel.

-do I have to do something with the brake-fluid
-is it necessary to replace also the blocks of my right wheel?

Usual safe practice.

-By what minimum thickness do I also have to replace the brake-disc?

Can't remember says in the manual.
