Roof Rack V70 & S60

Will a S60 bar/rack fit a V70?
Is it just a different Thule fit kit or will it go without mods?

I have a 2001 V70 and can get a used S60 factory bar set.

Are the factory racks similar/same as the Thule Aero foot set?
