S-80 Performance Reduced

    2001 S-80 Information Text Window "Performance Reduced" message.
    When car is in idle it idles rough. S-80 has appx. 58K miles. AirMass
    meter was recently replaced and throtle was cleaned (56k miles). Does
    anyone know what this message indicates or is it just indicating 60K
    mile tune up?

    Sound like u got a problem. service indicator is the yellow triangle to the
    right.

    This is equivalent to the lambda or check engine coming on in older
    cars. Have the code(s) read through the OBD-II port. If you're in the
    U.S., autozone will do this for free.
