steering rack for 1989 760 gle

looking for a used power steering rack here in the uk local to me in south
yorkshire.
Mines shot.Is the rack fitted to these models standard on the 740 760?....

Is it a ZF or Cam Gear model? Look at the rack for stamped markings - ZF
models will have a prominent "ZF" raised lettering while Cam Gear models
(the more common, IIRC) have a 7 digit production number. The two are not
interchangeable.

I believe each of the racks are identical from one car model to another, but
you'd want to verify that with somebody who really knows.
