still misfiring...

Hi, I have a 91/940 with B204E engine, recently self made converted to
catalysed by adding a Lambda Sond using pre-wired connectors and
replacing the air mass meter and ecu with a B234F one.
I have the car from about 3 years, and always misfire.
In the past I have tryed to replace the sparkplugs, ht cables,
distributor cap and rotary contact, all original Volvo, and ht coil and
power stage with second hand ones.
recently I have also completely revised engine head and valves, but
little misfiring continue.
I do not know more where to crash my head :-)

any help is appreciated.

which ecu? injection or ignition?
First, with original b204e injection ecu, the engine misfire. Now, with
the actual b234f ecu, the engine still misfire.
the ignition ecu is the same, but which type of hardware troubles can have?
I think that is the power stage first probably fault, instead ignition
ecu, or not?
