Test the LH2.2 and EZK117 without OBD???

    Hallow
    One of user alt.autos.volvo has written,..that is one method to check
    egnition systems in Volvo 740 witchout OBD with using the LED and connect to
    same connector and observed it while driving a car. Anybody know something
    about this?? How to cionnect this? and how LED must to use?

    LED long leg is cathode, short leg is anode. Solder load resistor on
    cathode (K) side. For automotive use 1KOhm is always safe. If you find
    some peculiar LED then refer here: http://led.linear1.org/1led.wiz to
    quickly calculate the load resistor value.

    If you connect the + cable to the g/w wire in the other free connector,
    the light will flash in a steady beat when the control unit is
    successful in attaining lambda. The on-off cycle of the LED will
    correspond exactly to the sweep of your volt meter.
