I need to remove the trim inside the trunk lid... I have removed the torx screw and two end screw caps... now what? Trying to insure I am heading in the right direction to prevent cracking or breaking the trim piece. I am sure it just has clips inside, but boy are the tight leading me to wonder if I have missed some other connector. Help?

If the screws are out, it's just clips, and yeah, they're tight. Use a plastic trim tool, start at a corner, and work along the edge, pulling right next to each clip instead of pulling on the middle of the panel. A little warmth from a hair dryer makes old plastic a lot less likely to crack.
