Hi,

I recently bought a used C70 coupe from a dealer (150K miles).
GREAT RIDE !!!
But ... I immediately had a problem with a broken coolant hoose
(connected to the reservoir).
It was changed and filled up with coolant but still there is a leak at
the connection between the hoose and the reservoir. Not a big thing
but when the engine is warm, I can see a drop every 5-6 seconds. If I
leave the car on a spot overnight I can see a little paddle of
coolant (few sq. inches). Just a little worried as now is winter
here .. what is going to happen in summer? Besides my driving is
definetely average, not aggressive.
I have to say that the reservoir was filled up with coolant more than
the MAX level. After one week it's still more that the MAX level.
Should I wait and see what happen when the coolant level is between
MIN and MAX ?

Thanks

It would appear that the repair was not done correctly. The hiose
may be incorrectly installed, the clamp may not have been put back on
and there may be a leak at the reservoir.
Not a big thing

That is a significant leak and should be fixed.

It will probably leak even more.

Besides my driving is
definetely average, not aggressive.

Has no real impact.

Suggest that you get it looked at by someone other than the person who
did the original repair.
