washer motor 1996 850 wagon

no water is spraying. I hear no motor. where is the fuse? how do I test the motor?

Check the fuse chart inside the fuse box cover first.

Then unplug the pump at the bottom of the washer reservoir and put 12V straight to it with jumper wires. If it runs, the problem is upstream (fuse, relay, or stalk switch). If it doesn't, it's the pump, and those are cheap.
