where is a fuel pressure regulator on a 98 V70 Non-Turbo

    Is the fuel pressure regulator for a 1998 V70 Non-Turbo Wagon near the
    fuel filter underneath the car, towards the passenger side near the
    back? Are there two pegs that hold it in place or are those screws?

  2. Autozone says it's under the fuel rail (holds the injectors).

    Check the ECT sensor. It could be the reason for your hard to start problem
