My laser blue Volvo 240DL is for sale.
It needs work to re-certify, but it'd be great
for a rally car or daily driver.

Here's what I HAVE done for the car over the
years:
- repainted the car (5 years ago) and interior
change ($8000 in total done)
- Cherry Turbo upper/lower strut braces
- front turbo anti-sway bar
- gauge set from Turbo
- underbody fuel pump/filter 2 years ago
- in tank pump about 4 years ago
- tires last year
- swapped out auto-transmission for standard M46
- interior fan blower motor (5 years ago)
- new headlights when the body was done
- rear light circuit panels (both this year)
- exhaust system (new from engine to tailpipe
this summer)
- spark plug wire set (last year)
- replaced the dead hood with a good one (this
summer)
- new horns (last summer)
- hot/cold airbox correction with K&N Filter
(last year)
- timing belt (2 years ago)
- Kenwood CD / Radio (last year)
- parking brake cables (2 years ago)
- new engine mounts last week
Parts I have to fix/update the car:
- sport springs (just purchased from Eurosport
tuning)
- decent wiring harness (used upper/lower)
- K Cam (for 137 hp)
- Turbo intake and fuel injection rail/injectors
- 5 bar oil sensor unit (for use with gauge set)
- front strut housings (L/R)
- passenger taillight should it be needed
- center arm rest (not found very often)
- two shop manuals
- steering column shear bolts
I've always had the oil changed frequently, used
90-92 octane gas. Mileage is in the 360,000 Kms range,
but I passed emissions last year no problem. It only
has one more test anyways.
I'm asking $1700 as is. It'll be on the road
for people to take out for a drive as I'm still
driving it.
