MY volvo will not start. If I pull out the no1 fuse and put it back it will
turn but no ignition. If I dont pull the fuse before i turn the ignition key
it wont turn on the fuel pump. WHat can be wrong with it?

  2. Several things. Look at the warning lights when you first turn the key to
the "run" position. If they are not on, the ignition switch is probably bad.
Otherwise, a prime suspect in fuel delivery cases is cracked solder
connections inside the fuel pump relay housing. One last thought: check at
the positive battery terminal. Gently tug on each wire. Sometimes the wire
going to the ECU corrodes in two and makes weird things happen, mostly no
    start.
