I have a 91 Volvo 740 not turbo well the fuel pump that is underneath the drivers side I guess it's called the inline fuel pump anyways it started going out so I bought a new one the car drives great so when I installed the new pump and then I did the procedures before starting it then started the car it was hesitating but the engine stayed on and proceeded to drive it and it kept on hesitating every couple of seconds and it then dies out I then start it again with no problem but it does the same thing over bad over again. Please can someone please tell me what it could be?? The car ran perfect before I changed the fuel pump and I also changed the filter as well. Also I took the first fuel pump back and exchanged it because I thought it was faulty

Check fuses. Sounds like one of your pumps is not running...
