1993 240 Electrical Issues

Hi! My 1993 sedan is having some weird electrical issues. I have to use the shift lock override to get it into gear, and at the same time the windows stop working (they are electric and wont go up or down, but only when the shift lock issue happens.) How could these be related? And what could I check, or replace? It has other weird electrical issues too, sometimes the dash stops working when the battery light comes on. I've replaced the alternator, battery, bypassed the harnesses and replaced the dash. Keeps happening.
